On December 12, Atlanta will become the epicenter of HBCU band culture as these ensembles battle to be crowned Band Of The Year .

Division II Finalists

Miles College — The Purple Marching Machine (Reigning Champion)
 
The defending champs are back and looking as sharp as ever. Miles College’s Purple Marching Machine marches into Atlanta with the same confidence, power, and musical precision that earned them last year’s title. Their 2024 season showcased immaculate drill execution, dynamic arrangements, and the kind of energy that has made PMM a standout in Division II competition.

Fayetteville State University — Marching Bronco Xpress
